The Heart Warriors Club is a space for children of Shambhala households ages 3-6 to connect to their own goodness, wisdom, kindness and strength by having their own space and time to explore the Shambhala teachings playfully.

This month special Guest Tom Krusinski will return to lead the children in fun group movement activities which embody goodness and friendliness. Tom has been professionally teaching children movement and dance for many years in Brookline and the surrounding areas. Come join Sarah and Jill as we welcome Tom back into our Club!

Exposure to stories and activities with Shambhala Buddhist themes and simple activities that emphasis kindness, cooperation, caring, respect, and responsibility to community will be introduced. We will emphasize working together, caring for the Center, discovery, and celebrating the natural world. Parents are invited to take part in public sitting during this time and socially visit with tea and BYO snacks in the community area after the program.

(Younger children welcome with supervision of parents)

Please indicate in the comments names and ages of children attending.
