Heart of Recovery
A weekly gathering bringing together Buddhist meditation practice and recovery. Open to all—meditation practitioners from all traditions and Twelve Step practitioners from all programs.

30’s and Under
An opportunity to connect with other young people in the Boston area who are interested in meditation. The evening begins with instruction and meditation practice. Sitting meditation is followed by Social Meditation, which is an embodied exploration of bringing meditative awareness into our interactions with others

Nyinthün, open meditation
weekly group practice of sitting and walking meditation held every Sunday from 9AM till noon. The morning begins and ends with a short set of traditional group chants and includes a dharma reading and a practice of compassion for those who have instruction in Tonglen.
