Am I cut out for meditation? Will it bring me peace? Can it help me navigate the ups and downs of life with more joy and ease?

Like exercise, meditation is part of a healthy lifestyle which can bring many benefits over time. Learning to be present with your experience can help uncover the natural vibrancy and insight of your mind, but it can be hard to know how to get started.

This 3-week introductory course will teach you the fundamentals of meditation, how to work with the body, mind and emotions while sitting, and provide practical ideas for establishing a regular practice. Each session will include a brief lesson, practice time, and plenty of time for discussion.

7:00pm-8:30pm, Tuesdays: 1/28, 2/4, and 2/11

This is an online class using Zoom video conferencing. Link to join the group will be emailed after registration and payment are completed.
