The Heart Warriors Club is a space for children of Shambhala households ages 3-7 to connect to their goodness, wisdom, kindness and strength by having their own space and time to explore these teachings playfully. Exposure to beginning meditation techniques, and stories and activities that emphasize kindness, cooperation, caring, respect, and responsibility to community will be introduced.

As a change from last year, at least one parent is now asked to stay with their child and join us for our hour-long program. In this way families can experience the program together and hopefully take home helpful tidbits to continue the learning. After the class all are invited to stay afterward to share tea and BYO snacks in the community area with other families. Please refrain from bringing products which contain nuts.

Please indicate in the comments names and ages of children attending when you register.

Sunday morning 10-11am - Suggested donation sliding scale $5-$25 (you can pay with a card online, or bring cash with you)
